About Me

Andrew Lynch here. I recently graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire with a B.S. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology (Class of 2016) and am currently pursuing my PhD in Cellular and Molecular Pathology at the University of Wisconsin – Madison.

Prior to my undergraduate studies, I approached science with the typical “When will I ever use this?” attitude. I could not have been more wrong as I currently eat, sleep, and breath biomedical science. And so I hope to break down barriers that commonly block the accessibility of science and connect non-scientists with the sense of understanding and wonder it has to offer.

Aside from exploring my scientific interests I enjoy camping, hiking, and mountain biking. I’ve also been known to make some mean pasta.
